Ned’s Pizza is a story of love bordering on obsession, siblinghood, pop culture & pizza. Whilst all of us grew up loving pizza, Nadim (aka Ned) had that extra-special level of interest that turned love into expertise. Over the years, Nadim & younger brother Tareq yearned to bring the soul, culture and history they tasted in the pizzas abroad, to Amman. And so, Ned went to NYC to study the craft of New York style pizza, working in the kitchens of some of the most renowned pizza makers in the country. Bringing new-found knowledge back home, the brothers went straight into the kitchen of their newly rented space. What followed was a long frivolous testing period, a journey of bringing New York style pizza to Amman. And so Ned’s Pizza was born….
